Domiciliary/Home Carers
Homecare is a highly specialised area of work as staff provide the service at patients own homes. We provide an extra monitoring system for this service and also other additional supervisions as recommended in the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
What you should expect when we take on your support, we will carry out need assessments, homecare risk assessment, Lone working risk assessment and we provide you with complete assessment report, Personal care plan and full job description for the support and we will select & introduce your Personal Assistant or Care Assistant and once confirmed we maintain the same personnel.
Live-in Carers
Our Live-in care is designed around you and offers you the best care package at home and personalized with great flexibility while maintaining your independence as well as activity in the community.
You will be assured that you are being supported by an experienced team of staff that would be handpicked following a full assessment of your need and risk assessments.
This service allows you to remain in your own home and maintain a pool of well-vetted staff that you will have a direct influence on whether you want them to work with you or not. Following an assessment, a full report and no obligation quotation will be provided.
Mental Health Nurses Band 5-8
MEALTD is well renowned for the extend of work and quality of mental health nurses we supply. We work with mental nurses in a number of settings including prisons to the community. The nurses have a range of experiences including the following:

Support staff represents a strong area of our services. We recruit and train all our support staff to service a wide range of clients ranging from care of the elderly to learning disabilities.
MEALTD support staff pool composes of many experiences and skills. A number of them are already holding NVQ Level 2 and a reasonable number are holding NVQ 3. The pool of the staff can work in many areas within the Social and healthcare settings. Many of the disciplines we provide include the following:
